Dance combines cardiovascular and weight bearing exercises - it also enhances your range of flexibility. The combination of physical work and the thought process makes it one of the most complete forms of exercise there is.

Thursday Night Social
NEW FORMAT - with Donna, Steven, Rachel and Jarod. A faster pace night with the opportunity to dance with some of Australia's best dancers. Learn some new moves with the spotlight on a different dance every six weeks.

Monthly Social
First Saturday of every month. Entry only $10.00 - tea, coffee and supper available - non stop music. Everyone welcome!

The Dancespace383 studio is available for hire!Ideally located in the centre of Wollongong, the Dancespace383 studio is the perfect option for your next function!
The venue is available for hire for: parties, private functions, conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, fashion shows, rehearsals, auditions, performances, filming, photo shoots. (Subject to availability).
The venue is also available for dance teachers (of any genre) that would like to hire floor space. Contact the studio for bookings or further details.
